John is originally from Queensbury, New York. He completed his Bachelors of Science in Sports and Health Sciences from American Military University in 2021. He graduated from the Great Falls College PTA program in 2022. John recently moved from Anchorage, AK and in his free time he likes to hike, camp, hang out with his dog, and travel.

We are in search of an experienced bookkeeper/AP Coordinator. Must be proficient in the use of QuickBooks & Excel and comfortable with learning multiple applications. Must maintain strict confidentiality and must be organized and attentive to details. An understanding of accounting (debits & credits) and HIPAA rules is preferred. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following: entire AP process, multiple bank account & other types of reconciliations, along with other banking and accounting tasks. Reports directly to the CFO & CEO.

Originally from New Hampshire, Carole has called Montana home for over 24 years, gaining 10 years of valuable experience as a PTA. Having recently moved to Billings from Red Lodge with her husband, Carole is excited about building new friendships and strengthening community ties. A graduate of MSU/Great Falls College, she is passionate about educating patients on their bodies and helping them return to activities that bring them joy.
