Our walk-in clinic is designed with active families in mind—because we know injuries can happen anytime, especially on the weekends. One local mom recently shared her experience after her 10-year-old son was hurt during a Saturday soccer game: “We were a walk-in Monday morning and were able to get in by 10 AM after arriving at 9. We were called back before our appointment time, and the provider was quick, kind, and compassionate. What I appreciated most was how he communicated directly with my son instead of only talking to me. It made a big difference.” After being fitted with a boot and learning how to use it, he was scheduled for follow-up care with Dr. Hansen—simple, efficient, and supportive every step of the way. Today marks a special milestone for us at Ortho Montana! Seventeen years ago, the two leading orthopedic practices in Billings merged, and thus our journey began. Even though it’s April Fools’ Day, our anniversary is no joke! Each year, we celebrate the vision of the physicians who knew we could achieve more together. We are immensely proud of the growth and success we’ve seen over the years. Here’s to many more years of excellence in orthopedic care. Happy Birthday to us!

I had knee replacement surgery April 17, 2023. He did a great job explaining the procedure, the surgery and follow up were all excellent. Recovery was far faster than I thought possible. Even the scar looks good. I have confidence again in my knee and far less hip and back pain. I highly recommend Dr Crellin
