Education

Dr. Mushaben received his medical degree from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences,  after completing his undergrad at Montana State University.  He then completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency as Chief Resident, at the Community Memorial Healthcare, Ventura CA.

Lastly, Dr. Mushaben completed a rigorous fellowship program in Hand and Upper Extremity surgery at State University of New York, University at Buffalo, NY.

Dr. Mushaben is a Fellow of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is affiliated with the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Society for Surgery of the Hand.

Dr. Mushaben will be working from our downtown Billings office Starting September 1, 2026

Interests

When Dr. Mushaben is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, and being outside skiing, golfing, rafting, mountain biking, and being on our family ranch.
