Duncan Boothby, OTR/L, CHT
Duncan Boothby grew up in Ontario, Canada. In Ontario, he attended McMaster University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2011. He went on to receive a Master’s in Occupational Therapy at the University of Western Ontario in 2014. His taste for adventure and love of the outdoors, led him to moving to Montana in 2015 where he began working for Ortho Montana.
He advanced his skill set by becoming a certified hand therapist in 2018. During his Master’s program, he developed a passion for hand and upper extremity injuries while working with injured agriculture workers and automobile manufacturers. Now he enjoys fabricating custom and unique orthoses to fit the unique injuries and circumstances of his patients.
In his spare time, Duncan enjoys hiking, playing the piano at local open mic performances, and taking care of his dog Citra.
