David W. Shenton, Jr, MD, CSCS
statement
A healthy lifestyle begins with education and individual involvement. Fitness activities and good nutrition play an essential role. I personally enjoy hiking, mountain biking or skiing to help keep me in condition, but one of the most important aspects to a sound exercise program is finding something you enjoy and will continue. It's a great way to feel good about yourself and accomplish personal goals.
